At Large DJs Celebrate PRIDE

June is National LGBTQIA+ Pride Month. It's a time to celebrate the inclusivity and diversity of people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and allies. The month of June was chosen because the first Pride Parade occurred in New York City on June 28, 1970.

PRIDE events will be held in 2022 in at least 200 cities across the U.S. to promote equality and raise awareness of those in the community. For a complete list of cities where you can join in the fun, check out the 2022 Gay Pride & Event Calendar

At Large DJs have been performing all month long. DJ Irene has already performed at "Big Gay Party" for LA Pride, Ozarks Pride, and "LA Queer 90's" for LA Phil.

Grammy award winner Dave Audé has performed at several PRIDE events already this year. The list includes PRIDE on the Shore Afterparty Pittsburgh, PA, Indianapolis PRIDE Weekend at Invy Nightclub, Fayetteville, AR PRIDE at George's Majestic, and Chicago PRIDE at Roscoe's Tavern.

Upcoming shows include Dave Audé at Nashville's PRIDE Bicentennial Capitol Park on June 25th, and DJS From Mars are performing in CT at Mohegan Sun on June 25 and 26 for their Pride celebration.

The following is a list of other major PRIDE events still to come around the country. Tickets for most are available through links on the 2022 Gay Pride & Event Calendar:

PRIDE is a time to celebrate diversity. It’s a time to embrace the differences that make us individuals and treat each other with respect and dignity.
